The Epic Workout
May 26th, 2008
The Epic Workout is about putting yourself in it all the way, to allow your body new challenges and time to adapt, while you watch and feel the changes. Your key to success is, just as the success of all life forms throughout time, to be found in continuously modifying your options, adapting your body and mind, consciously evolving, to choosing the new over the old.
How Epic Works
The Epic Workout
Epic provides frameworks, workout plans, workshops and trainings around the world to help people upgrade their notion of fitness, exercise, and make bigger changes in their lives.
The Epic Challenge
Each Epic Challenge is a 28-day journey that you complete on your own or with others. Each day is charted out, enough to guide you comprehensively and also allow you to raise and meet your own evolving standards. 28 days gives you the time to commit to making new habits and seeing what happens to your body when you really focus.
Each Challenge is made up of a 7-day set of learning with practices and challenges which, once completed, you will repeat and evolve four times. Each week builds off the last and is always different, always harder, and always doable. You will move on to additional challenges as your body adapts and feel stronger and more confident with the basic Epic movements, and progress yourself to meet new standards. We also provide practical tips for making lasting change to your body, health, and lifestyle.
Once the entire Epic Workout is complete, you’ll be the judge of how far you came and how much farther you wish to go.
Trainings and Workshops
We work with trainers, physical therapists, dancers, and movers and shakers and teachers of all kinds. The focus of these workshops include:
- connecting our roles as teachers and coaches to both our client’s purpose and the world’s purpose
- learning to focus on the essence of human movement in addition to the science of movement
- taking Mind-Body seriously to achieve greater benefits in our clients and ourselves
