Third Energy is a fruit of the efforts of Alex and Beth Iglecia. We teach yoga, personal training, create workshops, lead meditation, coach for healthy lifestyles, and study and learn as much as possible. In fact, more than possible, most of the time.

At this time, we have three main offerings.

First, Own Your Life is a 2-day workshop that turns the typical workshop experience on its head by being truly experiential. This means it’s not about the information, it’s about you, your experience, and the wisdom in your self. Second, Holifit Health Coaching and Yoga is a coaching service first and foremost, and a training and education service second. We help individuals through one-on-one sessions or in group sessions raise their awareness, change their relationships to food and the world, reduce health and more importantly, feel better. Third, The Epic Workout endeavors to transform the fitness industry by telling a new story about exercise. Exercise should be bigger than we normally think it can be, and can literally transform us in whole ways.
